Meet Lilah Carroll, a spirited preteen with a passion for dance that lights up every room! At just 3, she took her first twirl and hasn’t stopped moving since. Classes at Body Lab have been improving her skills since 2022. Whether she’s mastering moves, grooving to her favorite beats, or dreaming up new choreography, Lilah brings energy, creativity, and a big smile to everything she does. Lilah completes her first year on the Kick Lab team soon. Soon to be a junior intern at Body Lab, she’s ready to leap into the world of dance like never before—learning, helping, and inspiring others along the way. When she’s not dancing, you might find her hanging out with friends or spending time with her family. Watch out, world—this rising star is just getting started!
