ABOUT

At Body Lab, our mission is to offer year-round training for dancers, providing them with the tools to achieve their individual goals in dance. As the only studio in Austin offering continuous youth training throughout the year, we are dedicated to supporting the growth and development of our students. Our Spring Show, initiated a few years ago, is designed for students aged 3-12 to gain valuable performance experience before transitioning into middle school classes. Please note that our middle school and high school classes, with the exception of beg tap and our Elem/MS Hip Hop, do not participate in Spring Show.

Currently, many of our middle school and high school students are preparing for school team auditions this semester. To support them in this process, we conduct weekly training sessions, allowing dancers to refine their technical skills and quickly grasp choreography. This not only provides students with more time for continuous training but also helps in managing costs for parents, especially considering the expenses associated with spring shows.
