Movement Mission

About
For many years, God has blessed me with the opportunity to own Body Lab in Spicewood, Texas, and our new studio, Fort Dance in Fort Worth, Texas. Through these studios, I've had the privilege of building something far greater than a dance program. Dance has become so much more than movement to me, it is a gift, a calling, and a way to impact lives.

As a follower of Christ, I've felt God stirring something new in my heart.
Movement Mission was born from a desire to create a Christ-centered community where people can gather to worship, encourage one another, grow in their faith, and use the gift of movement to glorify Him. Every class is donation-based because the mission has always been about creating a welcoming space where everyone feels they belong.

This isn't about performance or perfection. It's about making room for people to encounter Jesus, build meaningful relationships with other believers, and express the gifts God has given them in a way that honors Him and serves others.

Whether you've danced your entire life or have never stepped into a studio before, if you have a heart to worship, we’d love you to join us.

Classes will be held around Austin, with the first one being held at Body Lab.

I don't know exactly where God is leading this mission, but I know He has been faithful every step of the way. My prayer is that Movement Mission becomes a class where lives are transformed, faith is strengthened, community is built, and every movement points people back to Christ.
