Crystal is a Texas native. She began
her dance training at the age of 6,
which ultimately led her to a
professional ballroom dance career.
While teaching ballroom for over 16
years, she has received numerous top
teacher awards and has coached
students to receive multiple awards in
pro-am Latin & Smooth dance
competitions around the US. Crystal
has managed multiple ballroom
studios in Texas and has trained staff
and students of all levels. With her
dance and nursing background, she
deepened her kinesthetic knowledge
by acquiring a comprehensive Pilates
& Lagree fitness certifications. Dance
and movement has been a constant
in her life; being an instructor grounds
her both mentally and physically.

choreographing large groups, she will
