Sarah-Beth is a passionate dancer, choreographer, and instructor with over 20 years of experience in dance and 7 years of teaching. She fell in love with dance at just 5 years old, diving headfirst into the world of competitions. By 12, she was training full-time in a wide variety of styles as part of the Protegee Pre-Professional program, learning from amazing mentors like Hannah Brightwell and Daniella Bustillos.
At 15, she discovered a deep love for classical ballet and went on to study with world-renowned instructors including Joy Womack, Ashley Wheater, Svetlana Ivanova, Stephen Mills, and Jennifer Felkner. She spent her summers training at top-tier programs like the Bolshoi Ballet, Joffrey Dance Chicago, and Ballet Austin, always pushing herself to grow as both an artist and athlete.
Now, as a teacher, Sarah-Beth is all about helping kids find confidence, creativity, and connection through dance. She’s passionate about showing students that ballet—and dance in general—can be a positive, inclusive, and empowering experience for everyone. In her classes, she focuses on musicality, technique, dance vocabulary, and dynamic artistry, all while making sure her energy and love for movement are contagious.
She’s currently working toward her 200-hour yoga teaching certification and is excited to use that knowledge to support her students’ mindset, body awareness, and training safety. For Sarah-Beth, it’s not just about steps and choreography—it’s about helping kids use dance as an outlet, discover their inner artist, and walk out of the studio feeling better than when they came in.
Whether your child is dancing for fun or dreaming of the big stage, Sarah-Beth is committed to creating a joyful, supportive space where they can grow as dancers and as people.
