Combo Dance-We are excited to now offer 2 separate levels for ages 7-10!!

Ages 7-10 Combo class gives dancers a foundation in various styles including: Ballet, Jazz, and Contemporary.  This class will also focus on technique, flexibility, and strengthening/conditioning.

Start learning fundamentals in leap technique and learn fun new tricks every week! Increase strength and flexibility to improve acro technique as well.  Learn dance acro tricks that can be incorporated in choreographed routines.

Ballet Techniques

This class will focus on fundamentals of ballet placement.  Incorporating Floor Barre, Barre, Progressions and strengthening.

Stretch & Flexibility

 

Increase flexibility and learn proper techniques in stretching. This class is great for stretching and lengthening tight muscles. Proper stretching is important for younger dancers as they are learning dance technique and building muscle. One of the greatest benefits of stretching is that you’re able to increase your range of motion, which means your limbs and joints can move through a greater range, helping to ward off injury. Other benefits of stretching include reduced muscle tension, enhanced muscular coordination, increased blood circulation, and higher energy levels.  Our instructors use various techniques like "PNF", partnering, band work and more. We will also utilize strength exercises to increase strength in hip flexors, hamstrings, ankles and more!
