Classes
Ballet FIIT
A pilates-based fitness class designed to train your body like a dancer. This is a full-body workout that includes strength training, cardio, and balance training.

Whether you are a current dancer a retired dancer, or you've never danced before this class is for you! We work on static poses, flexibility, balance, and strength.

Muay Thai Kickboxing
