Short mini drill team clinic to prepare you for you Pom or Drill team school clinics.
Headed back to school for Dance Team 2 a days or auditions and need to build extra endurance/strength?
This camp is for you. Super short and sweet and will help increase your stamina, endurance, vertical jump, core, flexibility and more!
9-11:30am will be conditioning, boot camp for dancers-We use plyometrics, HIIT, yoga fusion, pilates, sprinting and more.
11:30-1pm will be the dance portion of the mini drill team camp.
WHAT TO BRING: water bottle and snack. Please wear athletic clothing and tennis shoes.
**Boot camp portion is also offered separately at $100.
